How do I order from you?

 

Please visit the SHOP section of my website and then select the type of item you require from the menu. Click on the relevant section and full details of items available will be displayed. All images now have codes to assist with ordering - simply note the  code and the item you wish to order and then click on any of the blue buttons to send me a direct email. Please provide your address in your email and I will then process and ship out your order when ready. Payment is AFTER you receive your items and you are completely satisfied and full details will be enclosed with your ordered items. I can accept a BACS bank transfer, PayPal payment or even a cheque/check in your currency!

What if my items are damaged or I don't like what you have sent me?

 

Please contact me in the first instance and quote your order reference number. If your items are damaged I will send you replacements. If you don't like your items or are not happy with the quality, etc, I will ask you to return the items in the original packing and I will then arrange to reimburse you the shipping/postage costs. Customer satisfaction is my primary objective! 

I live in the USA (or any other country of the world) - can I purchase from you?

 

In 99 percent of instances I can supply you with whatever items you wish to purchase wherever you are, worldwide! Please contact me (using any of the email links) and provide me with your address. I will then work out the shipping costs and supply you with a no-obligation quote.
